And, I'm back.

Sorry for the lapse. Our internet was down during the move. =)

So, I had to put down a $500 deposit for the community center. The $900+ is due at the end of the month. The $500 is refundable after the party. So, about $1500 is tied up...with $500 coming back after the party.

I need to call or go by the rental shop and rent the wishing well and check out their linens. I'd really like to go with linen table cloths and *gasp* maybe even chair covers...but, it's a lot of money that could be spent on something more fun and less 'indulgent'. So, maybe I'll swing by fabric depot and see what I can find there as well. *hmmmmm*

LIttle Wife, I'm sorry I'm JUST seeing your question. We don't have any entertainment per say. What were you thinking? We're open to all ideas at this point. I can't believe I have just a month left. OY.

Well, that's about it for now.

We have a venue...=)

Hallelujah. The venue hunt is over and the fun part of the planning can begin. =)

I found the perfect place right near home. It's big (we won't have to limit attendance), it's nice, it's relatively inexpensive and I think it'll be a LOT of fun. =)

I'm so excited and relieved to have that part done. =)

=)

The princess dresses have arrived! Hadley has only officially tried out the "Cinderella" dress/headband/choker so far. But, we are beyond pleased with the purchase. =) It has been a big challenge finding dress up clothes for a little girl in a size 10/12. Most that are sold in stores are for kids 3+. I'll try and get some pictures up tomorrow. I have a funny feeling she's going to be living in these dresses for a while. =)

Royal Ball Purchase.

$115 (for the entire set and shipping)

Dress Up Fun-ness for the little belles of the ball. =)

'Merican Girl

$200

What girl doesn't wish for at least one American Girl doll to love?

All girls want to cart their 'baby' around with them so we had to order backpacks so that Hadley could do so safely. Toting a baby around gets tricky when you only have one working hand. =) The pink backpack is for "Lola" the bitty baby she recieved for Christmas '07.

Leli Kellys.

$50

These shoes are SO Hadley. She has been asking for them for months...and now they're all hers! =)

I'll add video and more pictures when I get more organized.
